The natural starting point for The Caribbean Triple Crown Poker Run circuit is at Leverick Bay Marina – the site of the original Caribbean Poker Run. The great weather and good seas make Leverick Bay Resort and Marina a welcome stop for any seafarer. The newest seaside recreational complex in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands, Leverick Bay is located on the shores of a magnificent large blue lagoon known as North Sound, one of the most beautiful locations in the West Indies.

Now in its 15th year, the 2017 Leverick Bay Poker Run is all about people, boats and prizes! With over 300 participating boats, more than 2,000 attendees, and prizes totaling over $15,000.00, it’s easy to see why the Leverick Bay Poker Run is the most exciting and anticipated nautical event in the British Virgin Islands. Friends and families from all over the Caribbean and the U.S. come together to experience this unforgettable day of boating! The Leverick Bay Poker Run has grown by nearly 30% year over year since its inception. It is simply the best event for the boating community in the BVIs.

This year’s prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded from a cash fund of $15,000. There will also be special prizes awarded for 4th, 5th and 6th places. Prize money changes every year as it is dependent on entry monies and sponsorships

Additional prizes for:

  • Most original boat
  • Best boat performance
  • Best dressed crew
  • Best dressed lady

The best poker hand wins the Grand Prize: big money based on the total number of entries. There also are generous prizes for the 2nd and 3rd best hands. The entrance fee money goes towards the prize money, so the more boats the bigger the prizes. More than one hand can be purchased per boat and per person to increase your chances of winning. Prepare to live the race of your life in the most magnificent place you’ve ever dreamed of: the spectacular BVI’s!
